应用DEA量分的卓越绩效在制造业企业的研究

The Application of Remarkable Achievements in Manufacturing Industry Based on DEA Quantification Analysis

在介绍卓越绩效发展现状基础上,具体分析了其应用于制造业的必要性与可行性。卓越绩效在量分上存在着过于主观以及与原有数量联系不足的缺点,结合DEA量分法可以很好地弥补这方面的不足。提出应用DEA量分的方法及步骤,并应用一组制造业企业的案例,通过计算,得出各企业的综合效率得分,证明了方法的有效性。

The present situation of remarkable achievements was introduced, and the necessity and feasibility of its application in manufacturing industry was analyzed. Considering the shortcoming and insuffi- ciency in remarkable achievements in terms of quantification analysis, DEA quantification analysis was proposed to solve this problem. The application of DEA quantification analysis was demonstrated by using a group of cases from related enterprises, and the effectiveness of this method was evidenced.
