摘要
在分析三相异步电机节能运行原理的基础上,提出了定子电流最小的节能运行控制系统的组成。建立了控制系统的仿真模型,研究了定子电流随电压的变化趋势,验证了电动机在轻载下存在一个最佳的调压比。采用单变量寻优的方法,设计定子电流最小的寻优控制算法。
The energy-saving operation control system for minimum stator current is proposed based on principle of three-phase induction motor energy-saving operation. A simulation model of control system is established. The trend of stator current changing with the voltage is studied. It verifies that there exists the optimal voltuge regulating rate of motor. A self-optimization control algorithm of the minimum stator current is proposed with the single-variable optimization method.
