摘要
以基于WorldFIP技术的现场智能控制网络的研制为基础,设计实现了一种面向该现场智能控制网络的通信仿真系统。介绍了仿真原理,设计了基于WorldFIP通信协议的现场智能网络数据通信实现方法,详细给出了基于OOP和多线程模拟技术对网络调度设备、基本智能节点和WorldFIP网络通信仿真的设计和实现方法,同时设计了仿真系统的可视化、多层次HMI。采用VC.NET作为主要编程语言,利用面向对象技术的模块性、继承性、开放性和类的封装性进行通信仿真系统的程序设计,实现了对WorldFIP现场总线网络通信和现场智能节点的全面仿真。实践表明,系统运行稳定可靠,具有很好的复用性和可移植性,表现出了较强的实用性。
With the development of WorldFIP-based field intelligent control network, a kind of communication simulation system orienting the control network is designed and implemented. Simulation principles and implementation methods are introduced for data communication in the control network. The design and implementation in simulation of network scheduler, intelligent nodes and WorldFIP network communication based on OOP and multi-thread methods are demonstrated. Modularization, inheritance, opening and capsulation in OOP are fully used in the design, and the VC. NET is adopted as principle programming language. Complete simulation of WorldFIP communication network and field intelligent nodes is implemented. Operational practices show that the simulation system is stable in operaion, good in flexibility and portability.
