摘要
应用计划行为理论(TPB),用更理性和更科学的方法,从更深层次分析消费者对移动支付的态度、他们的担忧、他们希望移动支付需要做哪些改进等。提出了一个针对移动支付的TPB研究模型,用来研究消费者的对移动支付的消费心理;就移动支付的终端设备方面提供了一个成本较低的移动支付终端改造方案;就移动支付的产业链结构提出了一个优化的适合中国的移动支付应用模式。
A new track is used that it adopt the theory of planned behavior to analyze the consumers＇attitude towards mobile payment in a more reasonable and more scientific way in a higher level,what they concerned about and what improvement they hoped for.A TPB research model is proposed in this regard,analyzing the psychology of consumers＇.In terms of mobile payment terminal equipments a cost-down transformation plan is offered,as well as an optimization application mode of mobile payment in terms of mobile payment industry value chain.
