山东省排球后备人才培养现状及可持续发展对策研究

Current situation of reserve cultivation of atheletic volleyball in Shandong province and its sustainable development strategy

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对影响山东省排球后备人才培养因素进行了研究,认为山东省青少年排球运动员年龄结构较理想,梯队建设较好,但也存在各地市的普及和发展有失平衡,选材指标过于单一,训练水平有待提高,训练经费来源相对比较狭窄等问题,并就山东省排球可持续发展提出建议。

With literature research, questionnaire survey, etc. from the youngest volleyball athlete＇s basic situation, the trainer level and so on, it made a research on affected the Shandong athletic volleyball reserve personnel training sustainable development factors, thought that the young people volleyball athlete age structure was ideal, the echelon constructed well, but various prefectures＇ popularization and the development had lose balanced, the selection target was too unitary, the training level had the enhancement, the training funds originates were relatively quite narrow and so on,and it pointed out some own suggestions about Shandong athletic volleyball sustainable development.
