摘要
天然产物东莨菪素(Scopoletin)具有广泛的药理活性,如镇痛、抗炎、降血压及解痉等作用,特别是抗肿瘤及防治高尿酸血症方面活性,目前引起了国内外广泛的关注。本文综述了近年来国内外有关东莨菪素的药理活性以及提取和合成研究概况。
Natural product scopoletin has a wide range of pharmacological effects, such as analgesia, anti-inflammatory, blood pressure-lowering and spasm, especially in the anti-tumor and control of hyperuricemia areas, which has evoked great interest in the world currently. In this paper, the research on the pharmacological activities and preparation of scopoletin in recent years was reviewed.
