药典紫草膏处方优化方案探索

Research of optimizing scheme for the prescription of codex comfrey ointment

目的探索药典紫草膏处方优化方案。方法从制剂工艺难易、安全性、稳定性3个方面,对含与不含乳香、没药的二类不同组分紫草膏进行药学实验比对。结果含乳香、没药的紫草膏制剂工艺复杂、安全性及稳定性较差。结论以含鞣质类的中药替代乳香、没药,则更符合临床要求,紫草膏处方优化方案可按此进行。

OBJECTIVE To study the optimizing scheme for the prescription of codex comfrey ointment. METHODS Comparing and contrasting by pharmacy experiments on the two different groups of comfrey ointments classified by the containing of mastic and myrrh or neither, through three aspects including the difficul- ty degree of producing process, safety and stability. RESULTS Comfrey ointment with mastic and myrrh was considered as worse in the prospect of producing difficulty, safety and stability. CONCLUSION The replacing of Chinese traditional medicine with tannins instead of mastic and myrrh, makes better accordance with clinical re- quirements, and the optimizing scheme is regarded to he carried out in this direction.
