摘要
目的建立用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对复方庆大霉素膜中醋酸地塞米松进行含量测定的方法。方法采用Synergi 4u Hydro-rp 80A(250mm×4.60mm,4 micron)色谱柱,以甲醇-水-三乙胺(695∶300∶5)为流动相,检测波长为240nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1。结果醋酸地塞米松的线性范围为12~96μg.mL-1(r=0.9999,n=5);平均回收率为98.8%(RSD=0.83%,n=6)。结论本方法结果准确,重现性好,适用于该复方制剂中醋酸地塞米松的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the content determination of dexamethasone acetate in compound gentamycin pellicles by HPLC. METHODS Synergi 4u Hydro-rp 80A(250mm × 4.60mm, 4 micron) column was used, methanol-water-triethylamine(695: 300: 5) was used as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was at 240nm, the flow rate was 1.0mL·min- 1. RESULTS The linear range of dexamethasone acetate was 12 96μg· mL- 1 (r = 0. 9999, n = 5 ) ; the average recovery rate was 98.8 96 ( RSD = 0.83 96, n = 6 ). CONCLUSION The method is highly repeatable and accurate, which can be used for determination of dexamethasone acetate in compound gentamycin pellicles.
