紫苏油的质量标准研究

Study on quality standard for Oleum Perillae

目的建立紫苏油的质量控制标准。方法采用化学方法和TLC法对紫苏油进行鉴别,并对其溶解度、性状、相对密度、折光率等进行了检测。结果本品定性鉴别特征明显,溶解度、性状、相对密度、折光率等检查方法可行。结论为紫苏油的鉴别提供准确的参考依据。

OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for oleum perillae. METHODS Chemistry methods and TLC were used for identification of oleum perillae; solubility and relative density and refracture index were check out.RESULTS Obvious characteristics of oleum perillae were found, check method were reliable. CONCLUSION These characteristics can provided as the scientific evidences for identification of oleum perillae.
