摘要
从化学平衡和气液传质两方面阐述了脱氮新技术——煤气吹脱解吸法脱除焦化含氨废水中氨氮的原理;并从理论上分析了表面活性剂作为吹脱助剂在此方法中的应用和协同机理;试验结果表明:在吹脱条件基本相同的情况下,表面活性剂的加入能使氨氮脱除率从96%提高到99%以上,从而验证了表面活性剂所起的协同作用是显著的。
From chemical balance and gas-liquid mass transfer, the theory of stripping and desorbing coking wastewater containing ammonia using coal gas which is a new nitrogen removal technology was described; Meanwhile, analyzing the application and synergistic mechanism of surfactant as blowing-off additive in theory which was used in this technology; The result of experiment showed that in the basically same stripping conditions the addition of surfactant made the removal rate of ammonia-nitrogen to improve from 96% to 99% above, and proved that the synergistic effect of surfaetant is significant.
