This article recounted the technology application and developing situation of hot strip mills. They include vertical mill, sizing press, the bending up roll device of mill, roll shifting mill, rolling mill of crossed miler, coil box, mill layout technology and the continuous casting and rolling technologies of thin slabs and medium thin slabs.
