青钢6#高炉改善煤气利用降低消耗实践

摘要 青钢6#高炉为双钟炉顶,由于此局限煤气利用改善比较困难;通过对改善煤气利用、降低焦比的方法进行分析及采取精料入炉、优化送风制度、合理分布炉内煤气流、提高顶压等调剂手段,6#高炉煤气利用达到44.38%,综合燃料比降到508kg/t,综合焦比477kg/t。 Because of the furnace top with double-bell in Qingdao Steel' s No.6 BF, improving the gas utilization is difficult. Therefore, the methods of improving gas utilization and reducing coking rate were analyzed and a series of adjustment means were adopted, such as beneficiate material feeding, optimizing blowing system, distributing rationally gas flow and enhancing top pressure. Then the gas utilization efficiency reached 44.38%, comprehensive fuel ratio decrease to 508 kg/t and comprehensive coke ratio was 477 kg/t.
