摘要
通过对原有的动力式热风烧结系统进行改造,取消高温风机,充分利用带冷机的鼓风正压和台车的抽风负压压差,形成管路虹吸后靠自身压差自流循环,实现无动力消耗的热风烧结。系统改造后,消除了含尘热风大量外溢的现象,实现了70m2带冷机余热资源合理利用,减少了含尘热废气排放,每天可节省电能约900kW。
By improving on quondam motility system of hot air sintering, the high temperature fan was canceled. Making the best of pressure difference between the straight cooler blast pressure and downdraught pressure of the trolley, circulating air automatically by pressure difference of air itself through its siphon pipeline, hot air sintering without drive became actual. After the improvement, the overflow of hot air with dust was eliminated, realizing rational utilization of the waste hot from 70 m2 straight cooler, reducing the emission of hot waste gas and saving electric energy 900 kW every day.
