摘要
介绍了莱钢采用微合金技术生产HRB400E、HRB500E抗震钢筋的研发过程。在国标规定的成分范围内,按合金成分上限控制的原则,对HRB400E、HRB500E进行了窄成分范围设计;炼钢工序采用喂线后"软吹",保证钒或铌的收得率,稳定化学成分,防止钢水二次氧化;轧钢工序优化孔型及铣槽参数设计,严格控制加热制度和轧制节奏等。试制结果表明,开发的抗震钢筋强屈比、伸长率高,冷弯性能好,具有较好的综合性能。
This article introduced the development processes that Laiwu Steel developed HRB400E and HRB500E aseismic reinforcement steel bars using micro-alloying technologies. The narrow composition design to HRB400E and HRB500E was applied by controlling upper limit of alloy ingredient according to national standard; Detailed operation key points to converter, refining and continuous casting were set, such as soft blowing after wire feeding, pledging the yielding rate of Nb and V, stabilizing the compositions and preventing the reoxidation of molten steel; In rolling process, optimizing pass design and the groove paramelers and controlling the heating system and roiling rhythm. Trial manufacture results showed that developed aseismic reinforcement metal has good comprehensive performance, such as high tensile-yield strength ratio, high percentage elongation and good cold bending property.
