日本血吸虫不同时期虫体蛋白质的SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析

ANALYSIS OF SCHISTOSOMA JAPONICUM PROTEIN COMPONENT IN DIFFERENT DEVELOPMENT STAGES BY SDS PAGE

用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ）分析，比较日本血吸虫不同发育时期虫体的蛋白质组成。尾蚴、雌虫、雄虫和虫卵各分离出２６、５１、５６和６０条蛋白带，其主带也不相同。雌、雄虫比较有９处蛋白带呈明显差异。日本血吸虫蛋白质组成有期和性的特异性，尾蚴、雌虫、雄虫和虫卵不仅有各自的特异蛋白，而且还有大量相同蛋白带。

This paper analysed protein components of different development stages of Schistosoma japonicum using SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS PAGE). Cercaria,female,male and egg extractions were separated into 26,51,56 and 60 distinct bands respectively,and their chief bands were also different. Comparison of protein bands showed clearly difference between sexes in 9 bands. Protein components of Schistosoma japonicum have stage and gender specificity.
