646例腭裂修复术近期并发症的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Early Complications in the Treatment of 646 Cases of Palatal Repairs

目的探讨腭裂修复术后并发症的原因及防治,提高腭裂修复效果。方法对646例先天性腭裂病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析;分析术后主要并发症,并提出术后并发症的防治方法。结果术后近期并发症发生率为17.49%,主要并发症包括术后高热,剧烈呕吐,创口愈合不良,术后出血,组织瓣坏死,呼吸道受损。结论选择适当的术式和规范操作是手术成功的关键,加强术前准备和围手术期护理可有效降低并发症。

Objective In order to investigate and analyze the early complications of palatal repairs and to improve the effect of palatal repairs. Method 646 cases of palatal repairs were studied retrospectively; main complications were analyzed and the methods were put forward to defend and treat complications after operation. Result In these patients,the rate of early complications of palatal repairs was about 17.49%. The main complications include high fever, intense vomit, wound bad healing, bleeding, flap necrosis, airway damage. Conclusion Proper repairing methods and normal operations are keys to success. We can reduce effectively the complications in the treatment of cleft palate by careful preoperative preparation and postoperative nursing.
