细胞移植修复缺血性心肌损伤的哲学思考

Some Philosophical Opinions about the Application of Cell Transplantation in Ischemic or Infarcted Myocardium Repairing

目前细胞移植疗法是缺血性心脏病治疗研究中的一个热点,其理论提出和方法确立的过程充分体现了对立统一规律,以及主、客体与认识中介的相互作用。要寻找适合用于移植治疗的细胞,应追求尽可能全面的共性;评价移植细胞与再生血管的平衡,应从正反两面看问题;移植细胞与宿主心肌的整合现象,则可运用系统论进行分析。细胞移植治疗缺血性心脏病的临床实践所存在的困难和争议,正是科学内在矛盾的体现。而矛盾促成发展的哲学规律,预示着这种新疗法的光明前景。

Nowadays, cell transplantation is a hot topic in the research about therapy of ischemic heart disease. The law of the unity of oppositeness and interaction of subject - object - intermediate had been reflected thoroughly in theory and practice of the new therapy. To find cells which are suitable for transplantation,we should pursue all the commonness as soon as possible;to evaluate the balance between transplanted cells and vascular regeneration, we should take bifacial sight;and the phenomenon of integration of transplanted cells and host myocardium can be analyzed by system theory. Obstacle and disputation in clinical application of cell transplantation in therapy of ischemic heart disease is exactly the reflection of scientific internal contradiction. The physiologic law that contradiction promotes development indicated the bright perspective of this new therapy.
