摘要
公共图书馆是城市文明的象征,是衡量文明城市创建的重要标志,在文明城市创建中发挥着不可替代的重要作用。因此,必须积极发展公共图书馆事业,以推动文明城市建设。
Public library is important signification of civilized city and an important indicator of building civilized city. Urban public library should play an important role. So effective measures should be taken to strengthen public library building and push forward civilized city construction.
