摘要
核心自我评价是人们对自己的价值、能力、才干的最基本估计,西方人格心理学、管理心理学对此已做了一些探讨。本文对近几年核心自我评价的研究进展情况进行综述,探讨了核心自我评价的基本结构,研究方法,以及核心自我评价与工作满意度、工作绩效、组织管理等的关系,并指出了进一步研究的问题与方向。
The core self-evaluation is a basic evaluation which a person makes according to his or her own value, competence and capabilities. And it has been made some discussions in the science of western personality psychology and management psychology. This paper summarizes the development of the researches in recent years, discusses its basic structure, the study methods, the relationship between the core self-evaluation and job satisfaction and performance and the management of organization and finally points out some problems needed to be discussed and the research direction.
