山楂总黄酮和茶多酚联合调节血脂的优化配比研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究山楂总黄酮和茶多酚联合调节血脂的最优化配比;方法:将不同配比组合的山楂总黄酮与茶多酚灌胃混合型高脂血症大鼠4周,以TC、TG下降率为判断指标,采用Codrug软件中的权重配方法,选出山楂总黄酮与茶多酚调节血脂的最优化配比;结果:所有药物配伍组血清TC、TG均有不同程度的下降;结论:山楂总黄酮和茶多酚联合调节血脂具有协同性,其最优化配比为1:2。 Objective. Study on the best ratio of haw thorn flavonodis with tea polyphenols in adjusting to blood fat. Methods:Different ratio of haw thorn flavonodis and tea polyphenols was gived to hyperlipidemia rats by intragastric administration for 4 weeks, and rate of TC,TG decline was taken as the effect of judgement, recalling to the best ratio of haw thorn flavonodis with tea poly- phenols in adjusting to blood fat by the weighted modification method of Codrug software. Results:TC and TG for all drug treated rats were differently decreased. Conclusion. The combination of haw thorn flavonodis with tea polyphenols in adjusting to blood fat was synergy and the best ratio of 1 to 2.
