The Influences of Different Exercise on the Bone Biomechanics in Ovariectomized Rats

摘要 目的:观察不同运动方式对去势SD雌性大鼠的股骨和腰椎骨的生物力学指标的影响,为研究老年妇女骨质疏松提供生物力学参数。方法:对两组去势大鼠进行跑步和游泳运动训练,3个月后取材,进行股骨的3点弯曲实验和第4腰椎骨的压缩实验。结果:跑步组大鼠股骨的力学指标与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),游泳组大鼠腰椎骨力学指标与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:跑步运动对改善大鼠的股骨力学性能比游泳更有意义,而游泳运动加强了大鼠腰椎骨的力学性能。观察这两种运动对改善大鼠骨骼的力学性能都有一定意义。 Objective: To observe the influences of the different exercise modes on biomechanics of the femur and lumbar bones in ovariectomized rats so as to provide biomechanical parameters for the study of elder women with osteoporosis. Methods:Two groups of ovariectomized rats were subjected to running and swimming respectively. After 3 months, femurs were taken from the rats for three--point bending test and lumbar bones for compression test. Results:There were signifi- cant differences in femoral biomechanics indexes between running group and model group (P〈 O. 05 ) and remarkable differences in lumbar biomechanics indexes between swimming group and model group (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Running can improve the biomechanics of femur more significantly than swimming does, but swimming promotes lumbar biomeehanics more obviously. The two exercise modes play important role in improving the bone biomechanics of the ovariectomized rats.
