精神发育迟滞患儿血乙酰胆碱浓度和脑电图及临床相关研究

A study on levels of blood acetylcholine and EEG in children with mental retardation

摘要 目的探讨精神发育迟滞(MR)患儿血液中乙酰胆碱(ACh)浓度与患儿脑电图(EEG)及智商(Iq)水平之间的关系。方法对所有受试者采用中国-韦氏儿童智力量表进行智商测定,并用碱性羟胺法进行外周血ACh浓度的检测,日本N—K脑电图仪测定EEG。结果MR组患儿血ACh浓度(53.64±13.84)ug/ml明显低于对照组(104.94±12.09)μg/ml(P〈0.01),且两组的ACh浓度均与智商水平呈正相关(P〈0.01);MR组中EEG的总异常率为90.0%,智商及ACh浓度越低,EEG异常程度越重,呈负相关。结论MR患儿智能障碍的发生与血Ach浓度降低有关,并且其浓度在一定程度上可与脑电图结合作为判断MR患几病情的客观指标。 Objective To explore the relationship between the levels of blood Aeetylcholine (ACh) and the Electroencephalogram (EEG), the intelligence qutioent (IQ) in children with mental retardation (MR). Methods The IQ and EEG of subjects were assessed with C--WISC test and electroencephalo- graph. The levels of blood ACh were determined by colorimetric method. Results The levels of blood ACh in MR group[(53. 64±13.84) ug/ml]was significantly lower (P 〈 0.01) compared to control group E(104.94±12.09) ug/ml], there was a positive correlation between the level of blood ACh and IQ (P 〈 0.01). The total rate of the EEG's abnormal was 90.0%. The lower the IQ and Ach were, the more serious the EEG showed. Conclusions The occurrence of intelligence disturbance in MR patients is associated with the decline in the levels of blood ACh. The levels of blood ACh combined with EEG may be used as the predictor for the intelligence state of MR children.
