女性抑郁症患者血清胶质源性神经营养因子水平及其与生活事件的关系

Relationship between serum levels of glial cell line--derived neurotrophic factors and life events in women with depression

摘要 目的研究女性抑郁症患者血清胶质源性神经营养因子(GDNF)水平变化及其与生活事件之间的关系。方法对42例未经药物治疗的女性抑郁症患者,进行生活事件量表(LES)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)的临床评定。用酶联吸附反应方法对患者进行血清GDNF检测,并与28例正常人进行对照比较。结果患者组的血清GDNF水平显著低于对照组(P〈0.001)。高应激状态患者组的血清GDNF水平显著低于低应激状态的患者组(P〈0.001)。生活事件应激量和血清GDNF水平显著负相关(P〈0.05)。结论女性抑郁症患者可能存在GDNF水平的下降,应激对有血清GDNF水平可能有调节作用。 Objective To investigate the possible relationship between the serum levels of glial cell line--derived neurotrophic factors (GDNF) and the feature of life events in women with depression. Methods Forty--two drug--naive female depressive patients were recruited and assessed by using Life Event Scale (LES) and HAMD. The Serum levels of GDNF were evaluated using ELISA method in patients and healthy controls. Results The serum levels of GDNF was significantly lower in the drug--na- ive female depressive patients than that in control group (P 〈 0. 001). The patients experiencing more life events had lower serum levels of GDNF than that experiencing little life events. The score of LES was significantly and negatively correlated with the serum levels of GDNF (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Women with depression may have decreased levels of serum GDNF and stress may influence the serum levels of GDNF.
