摘要
应用单细胞凝胶电泳研究氯化镉对大鼠肝细胞DNA的损伤作用。结果表明,8.75μmol/L、17.5μmol/L、35μmol/L氯化镉可以引起肝细胞DNA单链断裂,拖尾的慧星细胞分别达到78%、90%、98%,并存在着明显的剂量效应关系,相关系数0.9933。本研究提示,氯化镉可以引起离体肝细胞DNA损伤。
Using single cell gelelectrophoresis or Comet assay,this article presents the effect of cadmium chloride on DNA single strand breaks in rat liver cells.The results show that at the concentration of 8 75uM,17 5uM,35uM,cadmium chloride can induce DNA damage and result in Comet cells.The number of Comet cells is more than that of control,P<0 01,and the doseeffect relationship is obvious.The research infers that at certain concentration,cadmium can induce DNA damage and has toxic effect on rat liver cells.
