摘要
体外观察CdCl2对大鼠肝线粒体膜流动性和膜结合酶Ca2+-ATPase活性的影响。结果表明,CdCl2引起膜流动性改变的最低有效剂量为25mol·L-1,而CdCl2终浓度为2.5mmol·L-1时,可在较短时间内引起DPH标记的线粒体膜荧光偏振度明显升高,膜流动性降低,并伴有Ca2+-ATP酶活性的抑制。结果提示,CdCl2诱发膜流动性变化可能涉及对膜的直接作用和对膜结合酶毒性所引发的间接作用。
The effects of Cd 2+ on rat hepatic mitochondrion membrane fluidites and membranebound enzyme activity were investigated in vitro.The results showed that the fluorecence polarization of DPH labeled on the membranes of mitochondria significantly increased which meant the decrease of membrane fluidity at final concentration of CdCl 2 25μmol·L -1 .The activity of Ca 2+ ATPase were markly inhibitted by Cd 2+ in the range of 1μmol·L -1 ~10 mmol·L -1 .The possible mechanism involved was disscussed.
