摘要
舆论监督与社会共识之间存在着互动关系。媒体的舆论监督会促成社会共识的达成,有时还会促成新的秩序的形成,中断舆论监督则会阻碍社会共识的达成。这些道理早就在先哲们的著述中有所反映。
There exist interactions between supervision by news media and social consensus. Supervision by news media can contribute to the achievement of social consensus, and, sometimes, the establishment of new social order. Disruption of news media supervision will hinder the achievement of social consensus. The above principles have been reflected in the writings of past scholars long ago.
