左旋卡尼汀联合生精胶囊治疗少弱精子症临床观察

Effect of Shengjing-capsule Combined with L- camitine on Patients with Oligoasthenozoospermia

目的观察左旋卡尼汀联合生精胶囊治疗少弱精子症的临床效果.方法将85例少弱精子症患者随机分为对照组(42例)口服生精胶囊8粒,每日3次,连服3个月;治疗组(43例)在上述治疗基础上,加口服左旋卡尼汀10 mL,每日2次,连服3个月.结果两组治疗前后每次射精中精子密度、前向运动精子百分率、有效精子浓度均有增加,但治疗组增加更明显,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论左旋卡尼汀联合生精胶囊联合用药,可显著提高少精症患者每次射精中精子总数、前向运动精子总数及有效精子浓度.

Objective To observe the effect of shengjing-capsule combined with L-camitine on patients with oligoasthenozoospermia. Methods 85 patients with oligoasthenozoospermia were divided into two groups randomly： control group （patients were treated with Shengjing-capsule, 3 times per day and 8 capsules per time） and treated group （besides the same treatment on control group, patients were treated with L-camitine, 2 times per day and 10 mL per time） , patients in each group received 3 months＇ treatment. Results Before and after treatment, patients in the two groups were improved in sperm thickness, the ratio forward sperm motility and efficient sperm dencity of every ejaculation. Compard with control group, patients in treated group were improved obviously （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of shengjing-capsule and L-camitine can enhance the sperm thickness, the ratio forward sperm motility and efficient sperm dencity of every ejaculation in patients with oligoasthenozoospermia.
