摘要
高校的教学督导工作主要有"督教"、"督学"、"督管"这三项基本任务。按照"督教"、"督学"、"督管"的不同地位与作用,三者呈现着"一体两翼"或"一主两辅"的基本格局或态势。无论"督教"、"督学"还是"督管",都存在一个"督"与"导"的关系问题。正确把握"督"与"导"的关系是做好督导工作的关键所在。
Teaching Steering in college mainly involves such three tasks as "steering of teachers' work", "steering of learning", "steering of administrative management". In accordance with the different positions and roles of the tasks, the three take on a pattern and tend as "one body and two wings" or as "one leading role and two supplements". The relationship between "supervision" and "guiding" lies in all the three factors, no matter it is "steering of teachers' work" , or "steering of learning", or "steering of administrative management". The correct handling of the relationship between "supervision" and "guiding" is the key to teaching steering.
