经尿道射精管切开术后24例并发症临床分析

Prevention and treatment of complications in 24 transurethral resection of ejaculatory ducts cases

目的探讨经尿道射精管切开（TUR-ED）术后并发症及其防治。方法24例射精管开口梗阻患者施行了TUR-ED术，年龄22-36岁，分析所有患者术后并发症，并对并发症的处理进行总结。结果术后出血3例（12．5％），感染5例（20．8％），梗阻复发2例（8．3％），射精异常2例（8．3％）。结论TUR—ED术后并发症发生受多因素影响。结合患者的整体情况、遵循个体化原则、加强对泌尿男科医师手术技能的训练是手术成功的关键。

Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of complications of transurethral resection of ejaculatory ducts （TUR-ED）. Methods 24 cases with ejaculatory duct obstruction （EDO） who were 22-36 years old were diagnosed and treated by TUR-ED. All complications and the treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Results During the therapy, bleeding occurred in 3 cases （12. 5%）, infection in 5 cases （20. 8%）, the recurrence of obstruction in 2 cases （8.3%）, and the abnormal ejaculation in 2 cases （8.3%）. Conclusion The causes of the complications of TUR-ED are complex. The key to success is to analyze the general situation of the patient, follow the individual character, and enhance the training of the operation skill of androgists.
