After 30 years arduous development, Changzhou Radio ＆ TV University has developed its unique school-running characteristic and plans to become citizen＇s lifelong study center. Under the background of establishing a study-oriented city and a lifelong education system, Changzhou TV University is facing new opportunities and challenges.
