江苏电大如东学院根据自身实际,创新机制、难中求进,以科学发展观为指导,在开放教育中推行"项目管理"的管理模式,创新体制、机制,从优化环境、扩大招生、细化服务方面入手,使事业规模取得新的突破,为县级电大开放教育事业实现持续、健康、稳定发展积累了经验。

The merged TV universities are faced with both opportunities and challenges. Whether they can make rapid and great development depends on how to maintain major position of the open education. Based on its own reality, Rudong College of Jiangsu Radio ＆ TV University creates new mechanism and strives in difficulties. Guided by the scientific development concept, it pursued project management and conducted some bold experiments on system and mechanism. Two years after the implementation, consciousness of system, banner and creation has been enhanced. A breakthrough in educational scale has been made. It provided experience for the continual, healthy and sustainable development of open education.
