摘要
人多地少的矛盾,决定了我国农村劳动力过剩,解决农村劳动力就业问题事关新农村建设的成败。我国农村劳动力数量庞大,就业形势较为严峻,影响了农村现代化和整个现代化建设的进程,制约农村劳动力就业的因素很复杂,应从多方面寻求解决农村劳动力就业的对策。
The contradiction of large population and insufficient land leads to the rural labor surplus in our country. The employment of rural labor force will be a key to the success of new countryside construction. The large number of rural labor force and the grim employment situation affect the process of rural modernization and the whole modernization. The restrictive factors of the rural labor force employment are complex, so countermeasures should be accordingly put forward from different aspects.
