摘要
以某型号发动机压气机叶型生产坐标为设计输入,寻找一种切实可行的叶型反设计方法,以便对该压气机进行反设计计算研究,评估其真实性能,从而为改进设计提供依据。具体反设计过程为:根据等高面叶型生产坐标、设计经验和分析判断给出压气机各级气动参数分布及其子午面布局,得出其S2流面计算结果,然后再根据S2流面计算结果将生产坐标反设计到流线面上,通过流线上的叶型反设计得出一维、二维及三维计算分析程序所需的计算输入并进行计算分析,对比计算和试验结果,判断反设计方法的有效性。
Taking an engine compressor production coordinates as inputs, we have found a reverse design procedure of compressor reverse design prediction. The reverse design procedure is based on the production coordinates and design experience, we can find dynamic layout of all stages and the meridian. S2 data will be predicted with using the above data. With the resulted S2 data, we will achieve the production coordinates on the streamline surfaces. All demanded design inputs will be generated from the reverse design of the layout data of the streamline for the of this procedure will be established after a comparison 1, 2, and 3 dimensional predictions. The validity of the test and computational results.
