摘要
某三级风扇的第二级盘鼓组件由四个钛合金零件采用电子束焊接形成,在焊接后轴颈与第二级盘之间的焊缝时,由于焊接定位止口角度的偏差,造成该条焊缝偏离设计,在将已焊接好的鼓筒进行切割修复过程中造成了氮污染。本文对造成此次第二级盘鼓焊缝偏离设计的原因进行了分析,找出了污染的原因,然后有针对性地进行模拟试验及结构调整,最终挽救了第二级盘鼓焊接组件。
The second disk-drum assembly of a fan was composed with four titanium parts by electron beam welding. During the welding process between rear shaft collar and the second disk, the welding seam departed away from design due to the welding position setting angle error. The welded drum had to be cut and resulted in nitrogen pollution. The article analysed the reason of the accident and put out procedures should be taken to solve the problem. Construction adjustments were made after a simulation test. Consequently the second disk-drum assembly had been saved.
