SAR图像相干斑特征参数假设检验方法

为了快速评估合成孔径雷达(SAR)图像的相干斑质量,选取等效视数(ENL)作为评估指标,给出了单样本参数检验和双样本参数检验两种方法,并用两组实际图像数据进行了实验.实验结果表明,本文方法可以快速准确地判断SAR图像的相干斑质量.

To evaluate the quality of coherent speckle in SAR images fast, equivalent number of looks （ENL） was selected as the evaluation criterion, the two testing methods of single sample parametric hypothesis and double sample parametric hypothesis were proposed, and the experiments were done using the two sets of available image data. The experimental results show that the testing methods can be used to estimate the quality of speckle fast and accurately.
