提高军校学员学习积极性刍议

On Enhancing the Learning Positivity of Military Academy Cadets

针对目前军校部分学员学习积极性不高等问题,在分析其原因的基础上,给出了提高学员学习积极性的具体措施.提出从扎实搞好思想教育、充分体现学员主体地位、加强教学管理3个方面着手,强化学员学习的过程控制,提高学员学习的自觉性和主动性.

Concerning for the problem that a part of the military academy cadets＇ learning attitude is not positive, a few practical measures taken for enhancing the cadets＇ learning positivity were given on the basis of analyzing its causes. It was suggested that the process-control of cadets＇ learning be strengthened to enhance their consciousness and initiative in terms of improving ideological education, exerting the cadets＇ main body status and reinforcing the teaching management.
