基于循环经济的我国煤炭企业生产代价模型

Production cost model of China's coal enterprises based on circulated economy

基于循环经济理论,构建了我国煤炭企业生产代价模型。该模型将资源与生态环境代价作为负投入,加入到传统煤炭企业生产模型,便于全面分析煤炭企业生产过程中的代价程度。利用该模型分析1991至2006年我国煤炭企业的相关数据,结果表明:我国资源代价和生态环境代价增长率对于煤炭生产增长率的减弱程度大于17.5%,煤炭生产资源和生态环境代价巨大,严重制约着煤炭生产,煤炭企业发展循环经济非常迫切。

To explore the new development model of China＇ s coal enterprises＇ circulated economy, based on the circulated economy theory, this paper establishes China＇ s coal enterprises＇ production cost model. The model adds the resource cost and eeo-environmental cost factors to the traditional production model of China＇ s coal enterprises as negative inputs so that it can analyse the cost degree of China＇ s coal enterprises＇ production more comprehensively. The result derived from analyzing China＇ s coal enterprises＇ related data from 1991 to 2006 by using the model shows that the growth rate of Chinese resource cost and eco-environmental cost lowers the growth rate of the coal production by more than 17.5%, and the coal production resource and eco-environmental cost is tremendous, which has restricted the coal production seriously. It is very urgent for China＇ s coal enterprises to develop the circulated economy.
