摘要
解决公共管理类大学生就业难题的关键是提升其就业能力。本文从转变教育理念,改革学校管理体制,完善就业信息平台,端正学生就业态度以及构建综合评价体系等方面提出了提升公共管理类学生"就业能力"的有效途径。
The college students in public administration major have a low rate of employment. The key is to promote these students' multiple abilities. This article puts forward some effective ways to solve this problem, including that the education idea should be changed, management system of college should be reformed, information platform should be made more perfect, student's sense of employment should be rectified, and a synthetic evaluation system should be constituted.
