摘要
成人认知发展理论提出了成人期认知发展的若干基本规律,如成人随着年龄的变化其液态能力和晶态智力的发展趋势,该理论从认知层面给我们的高校教师信息技术培训工作提供了启示,在培训方式上如何根据成人的认知特点和成人学习理论来有的放矢,使信息技术培训对教师们来说切实有效,不流于形式。
Adult cognitive development theory has provided a number of basic laws on adult cognitive development, for example, adults with age and ability to change its liquid and crystal intellectual trend of development. The theory from a cognitive level provided the inspiration to information technology training for our college teachers, how to adjust instruction on the basis of the adult cognitive features and adult learning theory, how to make information technology training for teachers effective, not a mere formality.
