Analysis of College Graduate Employment Pressure and Proposals to Release

大学生的就业问题给高校带来了多方压力。本文从纵向垂直、横向平面、内部压力等方面对因就业问题而受力的高校进行受力分析,并提出了解释受力的基本思路对策:建立适时的人才培养模式;构建适势的机构体制模型。

There is a lot of pressure from the graduate employment. This article focuses on the reasons which bring the pressure to university from several aspects. Proposals will be put forth after this study, they are： a. a contemporary model for education system should he set up; b. a new working system should be established.
