Overview of New Cultivation Techniques in Northern China

研究和探讨新的生态条件下适合河南博爱竹林的新的管理技术,并在北方竹林中推广应用具有非常重要的现实意义。经多年实践总结,竹林喷灌、竹腔施肥、秸秆覆盖、化学除草、更新竹种等技术比较适合在博爱竹林中推广应用。

This paper researches and discusses the new management techniques which are suitable for bamboo forest in Bo＇ai County, Henan Province, under the ecological condition, and these techniques are of important significant to be extended and applied in bamboo forests growing in northern China. Many-year practices that the techniques of sprinkling in bamboo forest, fertilizer application in bamboo cavity, straw mulching, chemical weeding and species regeneration are suitable for extension and application in the county.
