摘要
结合测流工作实际和有关规定,以总干灵化、槐原、北干渠首、南干渠首等具有代表性的几个断面为例,分别从测流断面的确定、测线布设等诸多方面阐述了边坡部分流速系数的一般确定方法,进而对现行采用的实验室所得来流速系数进行了修正,提出了不同断面应该采用不同边坡部分流速系数的观点,为合理调水、准确计算水量提供了切合实际的科学依据。
Combined with the actual works of flow measuring and relevant provisions, taking several sections of Main Canal of Linghua, Huaiyuan, the headworks of North Main Canal and South Main Canal for example, from the determination of sections for flow measuring, layout of measuring line and other aspects, the general determination methods of the velocity coefficient of slop were discussed, which was used to modify the current laboratory velocity coffieient. The view point was put forward that different slop cofficient should be used for different cross-section which provided the practical scientific basis for reasonable distribution of water and accurate calculation of water volume.
