摘要
目的:探讨补肾抗衰片对兔动脉粥样硬化(AS)的干预效果及作用机理。方法:实验随机分为正常对照组、模型组、补肾抗衰组及辛伐他汀组,检测血脂、SOD、MDAo、x-LDL、NO及主动脉壁NF-κB的表达、斑块与内膜面积比(PA/IA)、内膜与中膜厚度比(IT/MT)、内膜增生指数(IHI)、纤维帽与内中膜厚度比(FT/IMT)。结果:与模型组比较2给药组可调节血脂、MDA、NO及SOD水平和动脉壁NF-κB表达,降低PA/IAI、T/MTI、HI、FT/IMT(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:补肾抗衰片可能通过抗脂质过氧化发挥抑制AS作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of busbenkangshuai table on oxidative stress in compound factors-induced rabbit atheroselerosis. Methods: 36 Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group, model group, bushenkangshuai tablet group and simvastain group (n = 10). At0,3,6, 10week, the concentrations of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C), NO, MDA, SOD, ox-LDLwere measured and NF-κB expression in artery wall, the ratio of the area of plaque to endomembrane, the ratio of aortic intima thickness to media thickness (IT/MT) and intima hyperplasy index (IHI), the ratio of thickness of fiber cap to IMT(FT/IMT) were measured. Results: Compared with the model group, the levels of MDA, NF-κB, IT, IT/MT, IHI, FT/IMT of treated group decreased obviously(P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Bushenkangshuai tablet is a potential drug in treating and preventing atherosclerosis by inhibiting the activity of NF-κB and lipid peroxidation.
