脑出血患者血浆MMP-9动态变化及与中风闭脱证的关系 被引量:1

Dynamic Changes of MMP-9 and the Relationship with Blockage and Protration Syndromes in the Plasma of Intracerebral Hemorrhage Patients

摘要 目的:动态观察脑出血(ICH)血浆MMP-9的表达情况,探讨出血中风闭脱证与MMP-9表达的关系。方法:采用ELISA法检测MMP-9;并对ICH进行中医闭脱证辨证、GCS、NIHSS,出血量评价。结果:(1)ICH组MMP-9明显高于对照组(P<0.01)且存在动态演变;(2)阳闭、阴闭、脱证MMP-9存在明显差异(P<0.01);且闭脱证的转化伴随MMP-9含量明显变化(P<0.01或P<0.05);(3)ICH组MMP-9与出血量、NIHSS呈正相关,与GCS呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论:MMP-9参与了ICH后继发性神经元损伤,可作为临床病情观察客观化指标,并提供辨证的定量化依据。 Objective:To observe dynamically the change of MMP-9 level in the plasma of Intracerebral Hemorrhage (ICH) patients, to investigate the relationship between the expression of MMP-9 and Blockage syndrome, Protration syndrome after ICH. Methods:The MMP-9 level were measured by ELISA. NIHSS, GCS and hematoma volume were used to assess the condition of patients. Results: 1. Compared with the control group,the level of MMP-9 after ICH were significantly higher( P 〈 0.01 ). The changes are dynamic. 2. The level of MMP-9 were significantly different among Yin-block sign, Yang-block sign and the protration syndromes( P 〈 0.01); The MMP-9 level changed as consequence of the convertion of blockage syndrome and protration syndrome( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05). 3. The MMP-9 level was positively correlated with the hemotoma volume and NIHSS, and negatively correlated with the GCS (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions:The expression of MMP- 9 may play a role in the secondary brain injury after ICH. The determination of MMP-9 may be helpful to the quantification of the blockage and protration syndrome differentiation.
