摘要
通过问卷调查的方式,以浙江省典型高校和科研机构的科研人员为研究对象,统计分析了科研人员的绩效评估公平感、组织承诺及其个体特征之间的关系.研究结果显示:不同个体特征的科研人员在绩效评估公平感和组织承诺上存在着不同程度的显著差异,浙江省科研人员的绩效评估公平感处于中等偏上水平,组织承诺中情感承诺较高,持续承诺和行为承诺一般.
It was focused on the S & T personnel in Zhejiang Province, the relationship between perception of justice in performance appraisal and organizational commitment of S & T personnel with demography based on the questionnaire database was analyzed. The results showed that the S & T personnel's individual characteristics was contributed to the difference in their perception of justice in performance appraisal and organizational commitment. According to the questionnaire database the S & T personnel in Zhejiang province rank in the middle and upper level, they had more affective commitment but less continuing and normative commitment.
