As an independent organization, the supervision and control system of teaching quality of higher education institutions functions with the information standardization and teaching organizations to collect, sort out, analyze and feed back all the teaching information, which includes the information of teaching administrators and teachers as well as students＂ study status, and the information both inside and outside the institutions. It is such a system that processes all the teaching information and also generates feedbacks.
