近10多年来,语用学的概念逐渐进入中国语言学领域并开始成为热门研究对象。然而,对于语用学与语言学其他分支的内在关系以及它在语言学发展进程中的客观作用,却颇多偏颇和误导。从理论上对语用学的研究对象进行了科学的阐释和辨异。把语用学的理论和方法引进语言教学和研究,尤其是对语言结构和功能的研究是语言研究史上一次重要的进展和重大的革新。语用学研究功用巨大,但不是无所不包。

In the past ten years, pragmatics has gradually been introduced to the area of linguistics in China and has become one of the important research objectives. However, there are some misunderstandings not only in the inner relationship between pragmatics and other branches of linguistics, but also in the role of pragmatics in the development of linguistics. This paper expounds and distinguishes the research objectives of pragmatics scientifically from the theoretical aspect. In the history of the language studies, it has become one of the most important events to apply the theories and methods of pragmatics to language teaching, especially to the research on language structures and functions. Pragmatics has great functions but it is not everything.
