摘要
研究目的:探索新一轮县级土地利用总体规划修编中节约节约集约用地的途径和方法。研究方法:文献资料法、对比分析法和因果分析法。研究结论:通过新的节约集约手段,提高基层认识,盘活存量土地,促进土地集约利用与可持续发展。
The purpose of the paper is to explore the approach and method of saftly and intensively land use in new round of county-level land use planning. Methods employed include literature review, comparative analysis and causal analysis. Through new means of saving intensive, improve the grass-roots awareness, as well as promote the intensive land use and sustainable development.
