摘要
企业文化最早在日本兴起,具有突出的学习精神,强调经典的现代应用,重视文化的作用。日本企业文化的特色主要表现在:构建共同价值观,强调为社会经营;明确的企业管理哲学理念;提倡"综合即创造",奉行"拿来主义";以人为本,突出人本管理;"家文化"特质,强调"命运共同体";重视精神道德;实行全员管理、柔性管理;注重创造能力。面临全球化、信息化、知识化、生态化的发展趋势,需要对企业文化重新定位和调整。
Enterprise culture of Japan rose earliest in the world. It is characterized by learning, giving full play to the classical and emphasizing the function of culture. As features, it sets up a common value outlook in which the idea that management is done for the society is strengthened ; it has clear philosophical concept of enter- prise' s management; it pursues copinism and advocates to innovate by synthesizing scientific and technological achievements of other countries ; it puts people first as its essence of the management; it stresses to set up a community with the same destiny which is characterized in family culture; it lays emphasis on morality and spirit; it carries out whole staff and flexible management; it pays attention to creative ability. In view of the globalized, information - based, knowledge - oriented and ecology - optimized tendency, we should re - locate and readjust enterprise culture.
