摘要 生物栅是一种水体修复和净化水体装置。通过试验观察,发现植物直接种植在组合填料上能够达到增大植物根系与水体接触面积、加强植物自固定能力、改善根系空间分布结构、增加根系微生物数量的作用。美人蕉根系在生物栅中生长经历根系脱落和白根生长两个阶段。采收时,根系面积可以达到39.4 m2,其中三级根系面积是37.7 m2。植物根系与填料结合紧密,单片填料与根系的结合力量就可以支撑整株植物。根系和填料纤维互相牵动,同时改善纤维的空间分布和根系的横向空间分布结构。 Experiment showed that, if Canna indica was planted directly on combined packing, it could extended the touching area of root with water, strengthened its self - fixing ability, improved spatial structure of its roots and increased the microbial quantity on the roots. The roots of Canna indica grown in biological grid experienced two phases. In the first phase, its old roots were fallen off; in the second phase, its new roots were grown up. When it was harvested, its root surface area could reach 39.4 m^2, in which the surface areas of the third class roots were 37.7 m^2. The roots were closely integrated with combined packing and one piece of combined packing could fix the whole plant. The roots and the fiber of the combined packing affected each other, by which the spatial distribution of them was improved.
